In late 1950’s Late Sita Ram Kohliji who migrated to India and started the business of cholebhatue with late DiwanChandji on the bicycle opposite DAV public school located in paharganj New Delhi.
With the span of time in 1970’s Late SitaRamji started selling near Imperial Cinema situated in Paharganj and later acquired a shop near Hotel Chanakya named it as SITA RAM DIWAN CHAND (“SRDC”) and served its customers with unique tastes, styles ad preparation and become the most famous shop of cholebhature which is the city landmark today.
With the time there has been advancement in the technology , but the tastes and the quality is still the same.
In 2000s , SRDC diversified into the business of Ready To Eat Foods and Pre Mix Spices which gained recognition and success capturing the hearts and taste buds of Indian households.
As the love for SRDC grew we expanded beyond domestic borders and ventured into international market with our Pre Mix Spices like chole masala, aalu masala, etc and ready to eat products like chole, aalusubzi etc. Every our product will always embody our tradition of unmatched taste, purity and quality.
