Soya Chaap Masala
Pre mixture of aromatic spices containing 40gms of 2sachets requried for cooking 1kg of soya chaap.
RECIPE FOR SOYA CHAAP
- Take 500gmsChaap and fry it.
- Make a paste with 2-3 onion, 2tomato(or 2 big spoon tomato puree), 10-15gmsginger, 1-2 green chilies by grinding them together.
- Put 3-4 spoonoil(butter/olive) in a pan and roast the paste in it .
- Put 500gms fried chaap, 1-2 cup of milk/water,1 packet (40gms) of soya chaap masala in the mixture & cook it for 5-7 minutes.
- Add 2 big spooncreams& 2 spoon tomato sauce in the paste and roast a little more.
- Add green coriander and ginger for decoration and enjoy Sita Ram’s soya chaap.
Note:- Do not add any masala and salt while cooking Soya Chaap.
