Aalu Masala

Pre mixture of aromtic spices containing 40gms of 2sachets requried for cooking 1kg of potatos.

RECIPE FOR AALU

  • Boil 500gmsof potato& chop them into small pieces.
  • Make a paste with 1 onion, 2 tomatoes (or 2 big spoon tomato puree) by grinding them together.
  • Put 2 spoonoil(butter/olive) in a pan and roast the paste.
  • Add 1 big spoon cream in the paste and roast a little more.
  • Put chopped pieces of potatoes,1 packet (40gms) of potato masala in the mixture &cook it on a low heatfor 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ginger, green coriander& tomato in it and enjoy SitaRam’sspecial potatoes.

Note:- Do not add any masala and salt while cooking Aalu Masala.
