Mushroom Matar Masala
Pre mixture of aromatic spices containing 25gms of 4 sachets requried for cooking 1kg of mushroons
RECIPE FOR MATAR MUSHROOM
- Take 1 packet of mushroom(200gms) and 1 cup of peas(100-125gms).
- Chop all mushrooms in four pieces.
- Make a paste with 1 onion, 2-3 tomato(or 3 big spoon tomato puree),5-10gms ginger, 1-2 green chilies by grinding them together.
- Put 3-4 spoonoil(butter/olive) in a pan and roast the paste in it.
- Put 200gms mushroom chopped into four pieces and 1 cup of peas (100-125gms), 1-2 cup milk/water in 1 packet (25gms ) of Mushroom Matar Masala and cook it on slow heat for 5-7 minutes
- Add 1 big spoon cream and 1 spoon tomato sauce and cook for some more time.
- Serve with some chopped ginger, tomato and coriander on Matarmushroom and enjoy.
Note:- Do not add any masala and salt while cooking Matar Mushroom.Matar Mushroom Masala can also be used for MatarPaneer(Cheese)
