Shahi Paneer Masala

Pre mixture of aromatic spices containing 20gms of 4 sachets requried for cooking 1kg of cottage cheese

RECIPE FOR SHAHI PANNER

  • Chop 250gms of Cheese(Paneer) into small pieces .
  • Make a paste with 1 Onion, 2 Tomato (or 2 big spoon tomatopuree), 10-15gms of gingers and 1 or 2 green chillies by grinding them together.
  • Put 2 or 3 spoon oil (butter/olive) in a pan and roast the paste.
  • Add 1 big spoon cream,1 spoontomato sauce and roast a little more.
  • Put choppedpieces of Cheese(Paneer), 1 packet(20gms) of shahipaneer masala & ½ cup of milk in the mixture .Cook it on a low heat.
  • Serve with green coriander and ginger for decoration and enjoy the tasty shahipaneer.

 

Note:- Do not add any masala and salt while cooking ShahiPaneer.ShahiPaneer Masala can also be used for Matar mushroom.
