Chole without Onion

Pre mixture of aromatic spices containing 40gms of 4 sachets requried for cooking 1kg of raw chick peas

RECIPE FOR CHOLE

  • Dip 250gmsof white chole(chickpeas) in water at night.
  • Boil the chole(chickpeas) in the morning &separate the chole(chickpeas) from water.
  • Place 1 packet (40gms) ofCholeMasalaon the boiled chole(chickpeas) separated from the water& mix it properly .  Keep theMor 15-20 minutes.
  • Put 4 big spoon oil (butter/olive) in a pan  , add chopped onion( optional) and lacha ginger in the oil. Once it  is ready mix the same with chole (chickpeas)
  • Add the separated water ( To add more water  use the boiling water) &cook it on a low heat till oil gets separated from chole(chickpeas).

Note:- Do not add any masala and salt while cooking Chole.
